Kyunghee is from Korea. She has studied Landscape architecture since 2001 at Seoul National University. After graduation, she had worked landscape design firm for two years before she started master’s degree program at Seoul National University. She had built her career as a landscape designer for two years again after finishing her master degree. During the working period, she has learned many practical skills taking part in diverse projects such as park, apartment, arboretum, plaza, and gardens. The motivation for doctorate study is to achieve social responsibility as a landscape architect. When she was involved in designs of private gardens, it was a rewarding experience. But at the same time, she would like to share such a good environment with people in need.
