BIM Manager

As a BIM Manager/Analyst assigned to an Agency, the BIM Manager/Analyst will perform various tasks associated with the Agency’s BIM initiative as part of the Contractor’s BIM Program team including but not limited to: implementing building information modeling and management procedures and standards; reviewing submittals for projects and initiatives to assist the Agency’s design review team; providing technical assistance using model authoring and review tools; utilizing knowledge of design and construction of buildings to support needs across project life cycles; checking and analyzing submittals for compliance with requirements; and participating in team and project meetings.

The BIM Manager/Analyst must:

  • Have knowledge of the functions and components of geospatial/CAD/BIM processes.
  • Have knowledge of engineering, geography, physical sciences, mathematical and statistical sciences, and related building process support functions.
  • Have the ability to use computer systems, software, and databases.
  • Have oral, graphic, and written communication skills.
  • Possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution recognized as such by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Be a U.S. citizen able to obtain security clearance.
  • Be capable of periodic travel.
  • Be able to work at an office in the Washington, DC area during regular work hours of 0815-1700 Monday through Friday.
