Matthew Dreher has been teaching Printmaking at the WAAC since 2013 and is a local DC resident.

The son of a US Diplomat, he has lived in seven counties and has visited an additional fourteen countries. Over that time he has gained an appreciation for diverse cultures, architectural history, and architectural symbolism.

In 2012, he moved to Washington DC and has called it home since. In the community, Matthew Dreher volunteers as Chair of the Design Committee for Van Ness Main Street. In addition, he co-founded the University gConnect program that pairs University Design Students with Gensler Professionals.

Matthew Dreher joined Gensler as part of the emerging Mixed-Use Practice area with Project highlights including the Chinese Embassy Residences in Washington DC, the Eastern Market Metro Park Master Plan, and the Marriott International Headquarters in Bethesda, MD.
