Venice: A city that could have been…From memory to analogy
A number of unbuilt urban projects have received as much notoriety than those built. Venice has its fair share of those projects, and Thursday’s presentation will share in the curiosity of one project in particular, namely the Venice hospital of Le Corbusier, designed in 1963-65. This project will be contextualized within subsequent contemporary projects and compared within the pictorial realm of the work of Canaletto.
