The School of Architecture + Design holds information sessions to give prospective undergraduate students and parents a brief overview of what we have to offer. So that we can plan ahead for these sessions, we ask that prospective attendees sign up below for an appointment. Prospective undergraduate student information sessions begin at 12 noon at the School’s main office in 201 Cowgill Hall, located on the plaza behind Burruss Hall on the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, VA.
Fall and Spring Semesters:
Information sessions for prospective undergraduate Architecture students are offered Monday and Friday each week at 12 noon; information sessions for prospective undergraduate Industrial Design, Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture students are offered Friday ONLY each week at 12 noon. Information sessions are not offered during the first or last weeks of classes or between semesters.

During the First and Second Summer Sessions, prospective undergraduate student information sessions for all majors in the School will only be held on Fridays at 12 noon. Information sessions are not offered during the first or last weeks of classes or between summer sessions.

Prospective Graduate Students
Prospective graduate students should contact their program office to schedule an appointment to meet with the program chair and/or a faculty member and to tour the School’s facilities.
